Important information about your Novartis guest account What is a Novartis guest account? Novartis uses Azure Active Directory B2B
collaboration that lets External Identities (Personal accounts/Corporate
accounts) be added as guests in the Novartis system so you can collaborate
with our organization. For security reasons, Novartis
guest accounts are disabled and deleted if unused for 75 days or more.
Why did you receive this email? You have been identified as a guest with an
active Novartis guest account. Based on our records, this account is no
longer active. As a result, please review if you still need access. How do you check the list of guest accounts
you have with organizations? You can log in at https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com and
see the list of organizations of which you are a part. Why are you getting emails from Microsoft? This is a Microsoft feature that lets you
manage your account(s), hence the review must be
completed in Microsoft's MyAccess portal. What if you don't have access to this
account? You might be part of an organization whose
identity was added as a guest in Novartis, but you have now exited or are no
longer part of this organization. This would likely result in your inability
to log in. How do I perform this access review? Click on Review Access, which will redirect
you to MyAccessPortal >
login with your guest account > if you still need access to your Novartis
guest account, choose Yes and provide a reason why you still need access. If
access no longer needed, choose No. What happens when you select Yes/No? Yes: Your
identity will still exist in Novartis as an external guest. No: This
option will remove your guest access on the Novartis system. Note: We are only removing your guest access
to the Novartis system. We are not deleting your emails accounts. For internal use only and not to be shown, distributed or disseminated outside of Novartis |
